So thankful A Oasis Pool Service is always there when I need them. A Oasis built my pool in 2022 and didn’t have a service yet.
While I still maintain my pool, A Oasis responds to emails and service requests regardless.
Shout out to Tracy Wiseman! He came out today and cleaned my filters for the season and we caught up with each other for a few minutes.
You see, Tracy ran the excavator like a champ when AOasis dug my pool out of solid rock. Still super knowledgeable and patient with my questions today as he was during the dig.

Logan Sell is hands down the best pool tech they have ever put on my pool. Others would come and have to make return trips due to algae and cloudiness. Logan has always had no return trips and is able to maintain my pool with just weekly visits. He is a wonderful asset to the company. If everyone in the entire company was as diligent as him it would be a whole different experience with the company.

Turned our pool into a vat of acid for eight or so months, damaging our pool and equipment. Pool cleaner was submitting bogus reports and dumping chems at random. Heather agreed to compensate and fix work under warranty for A Oasis' negligence, then Samantha decided they weren't going to after the fact. Still haven't heard back from them after requesting a meeting with the owners, Charley and Cody.

Bummer, they seemed so promising at first. Do your own testing behind them if you hire them.

I had a couple of issues with my pool equipment last week - most likely weather-related. Claudia got me connected with the service department and Jason showed up to my house a day or two later. He fixed one issue on the spot but had to order a part for the heater. The part came in yesterday and he had it repaired today. I really appreciated his promptness and professionalism.

We had A Oasis build our pool three years ago, and they did an OUTSTANDING job! At the time, they did not offer a pool service so we had to use another company. When that didn’t go well, we resorted to doing our own pool service. After about a year of that, we were ready to let professionals take over so we could enjoy our pool again.
